Zone 1: Limited to the city center, particularly the Historic Center. In Zone 1, you can only park your car within this area and the additional spaces in Zone 2.

Zone 2: Applies specifically to the Bartolomeu Nord and Noua neighborhoods. It represents the outer limits of the parking area.
Think of it as a circle: Zone 0 encompasses the entire circle, Zone 1 is the center and slightly beyond, while Zone 2 represents the outer edges. We understand that the names and numbering may not be intuitive, but we hope this explanation clarifies the parking zones.

Parking payment - details

You can conveniently pay for parking using the TPARK app, which is available for free on Android and iOS.

Upon parking your car, make the payment immediately. The SMS order for payment is free for Digi Mobil, Telekom Romania Mobile, and Vodafone customers. However, Orange and Telekom customers are charged 0.05 euro + VAT for the SMS order.

If you make two or more consecutive payments for the same zone, the parking time will accumulate accordingly.

Please note that the customer bears sole responsibility for providing accurate data for parking payment.
TPARK App - Useful information
If you do not receive a reply SMS, it indicates that no parking charge has been applied. This can occur due to the following reasons:

Number used is not a romanian one (Vodafone RO, Orange RO, Telekom, DigiMobil)

Insufficient credit: In the case of PrePay numbers, if there is not enough credit available, the parking charge cannot be processed.

Phone number blocking: If your phone number or value-added services are blocked, it may prevent the parking charge from being registered.

Configuration errors at operators: Ambiguities in PrePay subscriptions, credit situations, number porting, or other configuration issues with the operators can lead to errors in processing the parking charge.

Please ensure that you have sufficient credit, check for any restrictions or blocks on your phone number, and contact your operator to address any configuration errors that may be affecting the parking payment process.
