By means of which we inform the public opinion that in the next period we will start extensive road marking execution works on the site of public parking lots with payment from the public domain of the Municipality of Brasov, allocated through the concession contract no. 279/87517/04.09.2020.

The works are scheduled to start from 6.08.2021, 22.00 and will be carried out in stages by sectors/areas of Brasov municipality, the starting point being the Livada Postei area, following which we will inform you as soon as possible of the future locations where road markings will be drawn.

In order to reduce to a minimum the discomfort created for citizens, the works will be carried out at night, and during the period of execution of the works, the public parking lots with payment will be temporarily closed.

We assure the population that we are taking all and any kind of measures to expedite the works in compliance with the quality standards imposed by such works.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the temporary closure of the parking areas affected by the marking works.

We inform the citizens of Brasov that on 11.08.2021, starting at 22:00, road marking works will be carried out on the following streets:

Long Street
Strada De Mijloc until the intersection with Bisericii Romane street

specifying that the works will be carried out at night, and during the execution period, the public parking lots that will be worked on will be temporarily closed.

PRESS RELEASE P&P SRL FROM 30.06.2021

By means of which we inform the public about the fact that, starting from 01.07.2021 at 00:00, the parking fee collection service will resume for paid public parking lots in the Municipality of Brasov, concessioned on the basis of the Contract for the delegation of management through the concession of the service of arrangement, organization and operation of paid parking lots on the public domain of the Municipality of Braşov no. 279/87517/04.09.2020.

THE RESUME OF THE PUBLIC PARKING CHARGE SERVICE WITH PAYMENT IS DETERMINED AND OBLIGATORY FOLLOWING THE PRONUNCIATION OF JUDGE DECISION NO. 653/28.06.2021 in file. no. 2093/62/2021 of the Covasna Court.

According to the provisions of art. 14, para. (4) of law 554/2004 regarding Administrative Litigation, THE APPEAL IS NOT SUSPENSION OF EXECUTION.

As a result, the Judicial Decision produces its effects from the pronouncement, so that SUSPENDAREA HCL no. 259/06.05.2021 APPLIES TO ANY ACT ISSUED ON THE BASIS OF IT AND BY WHICH THE JUDGMENT WAS ENFORCED.

It is imperative to specify that any intentional action aimed at non-implementation of a court decision may constitute a crime that is sanctioned according to the legal provisions.

At the same time, we inform you that, in relation to the content of decision no. 653/28.06.2021, but also to the conclusion of 23.04.2021 issued by the Covasna Court in the back. no. 1102/62/2021/a1, made final by Decision no. 435/17.06.2021 of the Brașov Court of Appeal, starting with the mentioned date and time, the time interval for which the payment of the tariff is applied parking will be 24/24 hours, including Sundays, in compliance Local Council Decisions no. 282/2017.
